Refund policy

Almost everything we make is produced in-house and custom made to order - as a result, unless an item is damaged or an error made on our end, we will offer an exchange or work to find another solution outside of a refund.

Items are often shipped from multiple locations and a single order may arrive in multiple shipments - thanks for your patience!
